NEWMEN expands its portfolio with the new PHASE carbon handlebars. The range has been developed for all mountain biking disciplines, from cross-country (XC) to downhill (DH). With different versions designed for a variety of riding styles and terrains, NEWMEN offers a versatile handlebar range for mountain bikers.
The PHASE handlebars are available in different widths and rise options, with clamp diameters of 31.8 or 35 mm. They are also available with or without the innovative VariGrip System. Starting at just 166 g, the range offers a lightweight solution for a wide variety of MTB applications. To ensure performance and reliability, NEWMEN has extensively tested the new carbon handlebars both in its in-house testing laboratory and out on the trails.
Like the aluminium BESKAR and PERFORMANCE handlebars, the PHASE range is based on NEWMEN's proven handlebar geometry. The subtle design ensures the handlebars integrate seamlessly with a wide variety of mountain bikes.
The PHASE range is available with the VariGrip System (VGS). This allows riders to adjust the handlebar width precisely within seconds, without having to cut the handlebars. The width can therefore be easily adapted to suit individual riding styles and terrain.
The PHASE XC-Trail is available from 20 October 2026, with the PHASE Enduro-DH following on 15 December 2026. Depending on the model, recommended retail prices range from £149.95 to £165.00
