CUBE launches the new Agree C:62: speed that goes the distance

Speed alone is not enough to win a race. You also need to be able to hold onto it as the miles start to add up. That is exactly what the completely redesigned CUBE Agree C:62 for 2027 is all about: a road bike that brings together aerodynamics and low weight with the comfort needed for long races, hard training sessions and those days when you simply want to keep going.

For the new Agree, CUBE has completely redesigned the C:62® carbon frame and fork. Newly shaped aerodynamic tube profiles reduce drag, while the frame and fork together are 150g, or 7.5%, lighter than before. Combined with the integrated IC Aero Cockpit and aerodynamic carbon seatpost, the result is an aerodynamic saving of 10.4 watts. Depending on the model, the complete bike is up to 700g lighter than its predecessor.

More speed, without forgetting comfort

The Agree is not a pure aero race bike where everything has been sacrificed in pursuit of the lowest possible drag. Instead, CUBE has focused on finding the right balance between speed and comfort. The one-piece carbon seatpost has been designed to help absorb vibration, while tyre clearance has increased to 36mm. That leaves more room for wider tyres and added comfort on longer rides, without taking away from the bike’s performance-focused character.

Every model uses CUBE’s proven C:62® Advanced Twin Mold Technology and features fully internal cable routing, an integrated seatpost clamp and Flat Mount disc brakes. The frame is also prepared for a Storage Box. Up front, the Agree gets CUBE’s new IC Aero Cockpit System, part of a new generation of integrated cockpits, while steering is no longer restricted by the fork-stop pin used on the previous model.

High-spec builds across the range

That focus on performance is not reserved for the top models. Every Agree comes as standard with an integrated carbon cockpit and a carbon wheelset. Even the ONE, the entry point to the range, rolls on Newmen Advanced C.38 carbon wheels and comes with Shimano 105.

From the Agree EX upwards, a power meter is also fitted as standard. The range then continues through the Pro, Race and SLX to the SLT at the top, bringing electronic drivetrains and high-end carbon components to a broad selection of models.

The SLT is available in two versions, giving riders the choice between Shimano and SRAM. The Agree C:62 SLT Di2 is equipped with Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 2x12, while the Agree C:62 SLT AXS uses SRAM Red AXS 2x12. Both feature a power meter and Newmen Streem A.49/54 carbon wheels, with weights starting at just 7.2kg.

There is plenty to like further down the range too. The SLX gets SRAM Force AXS with a power meter and Newmen Streem carbon wheels, while the Race combines Shimano Ultegra Di2, a 4iiii power meter and Newmen Streem A.49/54 wheels.

From the Race upwards, the redesigned ACID Frame Bag PRO 0.6 is also included as standard, with extra room for essentials on longer rides. All models are fitted with Continental tyres.

Small details, big difference

Just like the rest of CUBE’s 2027 collection, every Agree comes fitted with Clik Valve valves. They make connecting the pump easier and help reduce air loss when disconnecting. It is a small detail, but exactly the kind of improvement that fits the thinking behind the new Agree: finding gains wherever possible without making the bike more complicated.

Ultimately, the new Agree is built around one simple idea: fast enough to make the difference when the race opens up, but comfortable enough to hold that speed when the legs have already been working for hours.
